What's New? Updated thresholds for Regulations M, V, and Z

Effective January 1, 2026, five final rules issued by the CFPB will increase various regulatory dollar thresholds for Regulations M, V, and Z. These updates include higher loan amount triggers for high-cost mortgages and Qualified Mortgages, as well as an increases to exemption thresholds.
