The Disaster Recovery Program is an emergency preparedness program that is activated upon a disaster. Customized for your institution, it coordinates with your data processing recovery program but addresses non-computer areas such as operations when the current facility is unusable, access to destroyed records like signature cards, loan notes, procedures for staff to follow in the event of fires, terrorism, etc.
