Compliance Monitoring

As part of our Compliance Monitoring Program, Banking Spectrum will review the Bank’s internal compliance monitoring reports on a monthly basis. Recommendations for corrective or other actions are delivered to management monthly either verbally or in written form. The Program begins with an initial review of your current policies, procedures and monitoring program, as well as the result of one monitoring report cycle.
