About Banking Spectrum
Banking Spectrum, Inc. was founded in 1984.
It was both an addition to and an outgrowth of the banking industry.
The founding personnel and much of its product line had, until its
inception, been a part of the Community Bankers Association of New
York State. Initially started to assist the retail needs of banks
in the areas of deposit services (regulatory and operational), pension
services (IRAs, Keoghs, etc.) and training in these areas, the company
has expanded into all areas of consumer compliance, disaster recovery/contingency
planning, records retention, hotline support and consulting, as
well as and strategic and business planning, and software programs.

Staff Bios
Carlos P. Naudon, Esq.
Carlos P. Naudon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Banking
Spectrum. An Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, Carlos is
a partner in the law firm of Allister & Naudon and the editor
of The Gold Book: The Manual of Bank Operations. He is a graduate
of the University of Maryland and Brooklyn Law School. He also holds
an MBA from the University of Rochester and has taught at the Columbia
University Graduate School of Business.
Prior to starting his firms, Carlos was Vice President and Director
of Bank Operations and Services at the Community Bankers Association
of New York State. His other experience includes positions of Senior
Financial Analyst for Xerox Corporation and auditor for PriceWaterhouse
Coopers, LLP.
Carlos is a frequent lecturer and speaker on banking issues and corporate
governance. In his professional capacity, he specializes in regulatory
assistance and institutional management matters. He personally serves
a number of banks, rendering business planning, management consultation
and regulatory assistance services.
Jeffrey W. Allister, Esq.
Jeffrey W. Allister, Counsel to Banking Spectrum, is a member of the
firm of Allister and Naudon, which is engaged in the practice of banking
and commercial law. Admitted to the New York State and the Federal
Bar, Jeffrey served as Vice President and General Counsel of the Community
Bankers Association of New York State. His areas of expertise include
federal and state banking law, regulations, and compliance. A graduate
of the University of Pennsylvania and Fordham University Law School,
he is an author and lecturer on banking law topics. His publications
have appeared in the New York Law Journal, New York State Bar Journal,
and the Banking Law Journal. From 1984-1987 he held the position of
Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University Law School, where he
taught banking law.
Karen A. Ezzi
Karen A. Ezzi serves as Banking Spectrums Vice President of
Sales & Services, with responsibilities for customer services
as well as consulting and training support. Prior to joining Banking
Spectrum in 1990, Karen began her career in Citibanks Tax Shelter
Center. Karen also worked as retirement plan officer at Horizon Bancorp
in New Jersey, where she coordinated the pension compliance issues
for three of the holding companys banks. She holds an undergraduate
degree from Gettysburg College.
